There's no confusion in Pinellas County, where East Lake is the well-known seat of sports, outdoor recreation, upscale family living. The economy in Pinellas County is solid, with the unemployment rate well below the national average, and the neighborhoods are stable - 43% of those living in East Lake were living in the same house five years ago.
